Rena had sold my house to me about 4 years ago, and I specifically remember her saying "call me when your ready to sell". Due to a job loss and family restructuring I was ready to sell and re-locate. Rena listed my house Friday around 3 in the afternoon, with-in 2 hours we had a walk through scheduled for Saturday evening. The buyers offer came in on Sunday. It ONLY took 2 days to get me what I was asking, a little over actually. Rena will bend over backwards to get you what you need, and in the time frame you need it.
