My boyfriend and I were looking to purchase our FIRST home and we were so excited to finally take that huge step. We shopped around on different sites to find a home. We were connected with multiple agents, scheduled so many calls and virtual meetings, until we finally decided to work with Remy because she actually communicated with us and was very persistent. When I sent her links to see homes, she scheduled tours almost immediately. We made an offer on our first home we absolutely loved, but didn't get it. I'll have to admit, I was pretty bummed but Remy was so confident we would find our first home. So, the following weekend we saw more homes. When we toured one of the homes, I knew it would receive multiple offers and go over our budget. Remy reached out to us a couple of days later to see if we wanted to make an offer, and so we did. I honestly didn't think anything of it, but when Remy negotiated a few things with the listing agent/seller and us our offer was accepted! I just could not believe it and I KNOW my family and I finally found our home because of her and only after TWO offers! It is a seller's market and homes are going way above asking with no contingencies, but Remy did all that she can to make sure our offer was accepted. I highly recommend working with Remy, she WILL find a home for you like she did for us. ;)

Remy has been an absolute rockstar through our entire home-buying process. Buying a home in this ultra-competitive market can be stressful, but she made is smooth and easy, and never gave up on us. She was always responsive and patient, and even told us about a first time homebuyer's grant program. Hands down the best realtor.

Our family was faced with a 60 day notice after renting for 8 years. A different agent was helping us with no result and we had to do something to maximize the search. We were first time home buyers looking for potential homes on zillow when we came across Remy Fortier. We had met a few agents before but none of them appealed us but we felt very comfortable with Remy. I work 6 days a week so have only one day off. Remy use to show us all the sorted out houses the same day. At times she also requested sellers to schedule a property tour early in the morning so that I can see property before leaving for work. Being first time home buyers we had all basic obvious questions and Remy answered all of them with patience. She used to come prepared with all the relevant information about all the properties before the tour. She also used to inspect houses thoroughly during the tour and always gave us very honest opinion. One thing I liked about her was that she knew all about the bay area real estate market and brought to our knowledge the factors affecting a property which we didn't even know existed. She could predict quite accurately how much a house gonna sell for. She responded to our calls on time and even helped us understand the loan application process and closing step by step.
