Reid assisted us in the rental process of two homes that we own. He was extremely professional in finding the perfect tenants, interviewing, credit screening, lease agreement completion, etc. He met our expectations on not only finding a perfect tenant, but was able to accomplish it within our time frame. Both of our tenants even commented to us on the ease of dealing with Reid. Reid is definitely worthy of the five star ratings in all categories. Reid helped my brother and I from start to finish in selling our late parents’ condominium. He was very knowledgeable about what repairs were worthwhile in fixing up our condominium to choosing the right listing price to knowing the market and how and when to negotiate, given our preferences. I thought that Reid communicated well with us throughout the process.

Reid helped submit an offer on our dream home and closed in very quick fashion. He recommended different options for each step of the process, from the home inspector all the way up to insured renovators. Not part of his services normally but great to get connected to people you can trust, which is the hardest part of all this. He is also very patient and not a pushy salesman, so he'll meet you at the location multiple times to discuss your thoughts/options. Highly recommended!!!
