Regina Yagudina, GRI is a Broker Associate with Copeland & Co. Real Estate, having joined in May 2016. Regina was born in Ufa, Russia, in a beautiful region known for its delicious honey. Regina is the go-to real estate expert for Russian and Eastern European families and communities in Palm Beach County, as she fluently speaks Russian. Regina was first licensed in 2011, earning her Broker’s license in 2016. Today she focuses her career on the single-family and residential homes market in West Palm Beach, and throughout the county. Regina has assisted first-time homebuyers, sellers, and real estate investors define and reach their goals of homeownership, and selling their home for top dollar. In 2019, Regina earned the Graduate, REALTORS© Institute designation. Graduates demonstrate a skillset and knowledge base that far exceeds the minimum standards for a career in real estate. Regina is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and is always looking to learn new things that will benefit her clients. In addition to attending her required continuing education for licensure, Regina regularly takes time to attend extracurricular real estate classes and certification courses. Some courses she recently took include advanced contract preparation and negotiations courses.
