Regina's knowledge and experiences has made my first experience of owning a home easy and smooth. When we came to Regina to look for a home that fits within our budget and desires of a suitable home, she came up with numerous available listings and were swift in setting up dates for us to look at the listings that we are interested in. The process of wanting a home and getting the deal is not as easy as it sounds. In the competitive market of getting a house within our budget, her experiences in putting offers and communications with the sellers helped us in getting an ideal house that we really liked and wished for. With her quick and professional communications with the home seller and all the countless parties involved in the process, we were able to arrange all steps that needs to be done in a timely manner. When there were disagreements between our attorney with the seller's attorney, Regina were able to solve the issues with her prior experiences and understandings by being a good communicator between the seller and us in the agreement of selling and owning a house. Since this is my first time owning a house, there were a lot of uncertainties and worries surrounding me, but with her reassurance, guidance and professionalism, we were able to come into terms with everyone involved and have a successful closing for our first owned-home! For the time and effort that Regina had for me, I could never be grateful enough and gratitudes will never be expressed enough in words.
