We love Regina! She's the reason we purchased our home - she was knowledgeable about the neighborhood, passionate about the development, and was always available to answer our questions. She was patient with us, super responsive, and she was incredibly fun to work with!

We worked with Regina when we decided to build a home in Bridgeport. Regina was the contact person from day one, who sold us on the neighborhood and the developer. In addition to knowing everything there is to know about the Chicago real estate market, Regina also has a knack for knowing what her clients want. In a lot of cases we didn't even know what we were looking for in terms of fixtures and finishes, but Regina was able to steer us in the right direction every time. Her wealth of experience and knowledge really saved us on more than one occasion. And when we made a bad selection and were not happy with the way it looked, Regina offered to help us replace it......at her own expense. No one does that. Needless to say, when we ultimately sell our home a few years down the road Regina will be the first person we call.

So my wife and I decided to buy a new construction home in Bridgeport after owning a condo in the South Loop for a year. When we walked into the sales office we were greeted by Regina whose enthusiasm and warmth immediately disarmed us. After showing us around the model home we ended up staying and talking for over five hours! After explaining some specifics pertaining to our condo which would likely delay us from buying the new house, Regina made a few calls on the spot, and helped us alleviate the hurdles we were facing. She even helped us find renters for our condo! Over the last year, we've spent a lot of time with Regina as she helped us with all of our selections and finishes for the new home. Her decorating eye is second to none and her honesty and candor helped us avoid some disastrous choices. Regina's depth of experience as a real estate agent is tremendous, only rivalled by the dedication she has shown to her clients, who she often treats as family. From day one (hour one to be exact) she made us feel very special, and now that we live amongst dozens of families who she has helped, we now know that she made each of them feel special. What more can I say? Regina is hands down the best agent I have ever come across in all my years. I know this may sound like a paid informercial, but it isn't, she is truly one of a kind. Working with Regina during the building of our home made a high stress situation very enjoyable and manageable. She is friendly and very personable and I looked forward to going to the sales center to see her and find out what other idea she had for us. She had great recommendations on our selections, colors, etc. when we needed it. She is very knowledgeable about building houses and picking all the selections which made the process very smooth. She knew the right people to talk to for high tech electrical questions, and even questions about plumbing, pre drywall and if she didnt know the answer she would find it right away.
