I worked with Reggie buying my first home out of state, coming from NY and only visiting Tampa twice, I had little to no knowledge on anything there! I just knew this is where I wanted to be next. Reggie was amazing, he was very professional and still was able to make me feel like I was house shopping with a friend. He is extremely knowledgeable about Florida housing Market and made the whole house shopping process as close to stress-free as possible. It almost felt like he bared as much of the stress he could without being the home buyer himself. I was unable to fly out to Tampa to see the homes myself, but I told Reggie exactly what I was looking for and he delivered! He gave me his honest and genuine opinion on the homes he saw, which was so important to me, especially since I was unable to view the homes in person. I love and appreciate that he didn't rush to close on just any home for me. Reggie made this experience so amazing, I am looking forward to working with him again!

Reggie did an awesome job and got us over asking! He did a phenomenal job at the open house that made buyers feel at home, welcomed, and wanting our house. His positive attitude, polite demeanor, and professionalism is what really helped seal the deal. I have already got him linked up with frieds of mine to represent them as well.
