To be honest, the thing that drew us to work with the Régan Englund team was their community outreach and events that they put on. Community is important to us and it shows they care about and do more than your typical realtor. On top of family & friends recommendations, it was a no brainer. We worked closely with Régan & Sarah to get our home sold and on the purchase of a new home. Even after we moved in, they have continued to check in on us. Régan personally went above and beyond on the day of closing to check the new house THOROUGHLY and fight for what was best for our family. Over achiever is an understatement when it comes to this team! 10/10 would use again AND recommend!

Recently purchased my first home and I have to say Regan and her team are amazing. Through the entire process they were always on my side, listened to my goals, and explained everything. Great advice, great contacts, and a great first home for me. We toured many homes, and when I found the house I wanted, that checked my requirements, she did a fantastic job negotiating a fair price below asking while narratives of offers over asking filled the media. And when one of the mechanicals failed the final inspection, she made a call, and a new water heater was installed the next day. In future when I need a real estate agent, I’m calling Regan!
