Regan is amazing! 10/10 recommend! She guided our family through a sale and purchase contingent upon the sale. We received multiple offers after 1 day of showings and closed above asking! We had some issues with the closing getting pushed on the sale due to issues on the buyers side. She Worked tirelessly and got everything pushed through within a week when we had been sent in circles day after day of not knowing what was going on. REGAN MADE IT HAPPEN! We love our new house and it was worth every headache to get here- even if it didn’t feel like it at the time!
