Redmond Ramos

Love this guy. Professional, polite and sold our home quickly. We like him so much he is now helping us buy another home. He got our home listed quickly, great photos and made the paperwork simple.

I was a first time home seller and he made the process stress free, and we ended up closing $15,000 more than what I wanted to get out of my sale. He really looked out for my best interest as a seller and I look forward to doing all my business with him.

I decided to work with Redmond when punching my first home in March. He searched all of the areas I was interested in, within my price range, with the features I was looking for. He sent daily emails of new listings, and was totally on top of it for me. He found me a new construction area, and showed me some model homes, and we picked out our lot/house within a week. The process was so easy and simple, he even made a packet for first time buyers, to make sure I was not confused on any of the steps along the way. He kept me updated on the progress, and even recommended me to a great lender. Buying a home with Redmond was so simple, fun, and would definitely recommend this agent. Super nice guy as well!
