Rebecca was wonderful during the sale of our off the beaten path home. Her marketing skills are top notch and I would highly recommend seeking her out if you are trying to sell outside of a traditional neighborhood. We've bought and sold homes before but always in high traffic neighborhoods so we weren't sure how long it would take to sell this particular house and were worried it would drag out. Everyone commented on how well our place was staged and showed in the photos which were some of the best professional house photos I've seen. We received an offer within ONE WEEK!! Rebecca also helped us find our new home, which ended up being a new build. Never having navigated the building world before it was great having someone who has experience on that side of the house to show us the ropes. We're very excited to move into our new home (hopefully in a few short months)!! :)
