Reba truly provides concierge service, taking care of all the details for a new home purchase.... ferrying documents to and from HOAs, staying in constant contact with the lender, being on-site for inspection/walk-thru, and being present at closing. Her knowledge of the area (Palm Beach County) is strong, and her contacts with various affiliates that are necessary to a new purchase (mortgage brokers, insurance providers, etc) is pretty comprehensive. She's also super fun and nice and kind and knows when to put on the gas to get to closing! All in all, a fabulous and pain-free experience!
