Rebecca not only listed and sold my home very quickly but when I first contacted her she told me what she felt she could sell it for ( based on her knowledge of the area and the market at the time). She then made some suggestions about things I could do to raise the value of my home with little out of pocket expense to me. I decided to take her suggestions and make a few minor improvements to the home and then called Rebecca back to come look at the house and then listed it with her for almost $50,000 more than I was going to list at a month earlier.
