We purchased our vacation home 2 days before Hurricane Helene hit the area. We had to evacuate so it was difficult to follow up on furniture deliveries and service providers after the storm. Rebecca handled all the follow-up matters in our absence after the storm. This was way above and beyond real estate services. Before the sale, Rebecca had to deal with a difficult seller who was cantankerous in various ways. Rebecca had to take care of the move-out cleaning before the sale, which was not a realtor's job. When our mover arrived without help, Rebecca quickly arranged for local labor so we could move in. She has been very kind and helpful in so many ways especially since we cannot be on site. She made a difficult situation easy for us!
