In this crazy bay area market with multiple offers, she was able to navigate us (1st time buyers) through the buying process with providing accurate comparables, estimates for remodeling, school and neighborhood information . We were really impressed with her negotiating skills, which is one of the reasons we got the home. She has a very personable disposition and she's easy to work with. Her local knowledge of the area was very commendable.
