tried so hard to get me nice and decent condo apartment in the clearwater area as the market was up we made offers and after inspection wasnt worth it, very frustrated i just king of gave up then, i found one condo on my own, and she was so kind to go check it out for me and took over from there to the closing. Wow ! What can I say? This amazing lady has made the impossible... possible!!! Rebecca has gone above and beyond with all her hard work, advice and knowledge and we are now the extremely proud owners of our first investment property in Florida! All this was achieved during a global pandemic with us stuck in the UK, not able to travel to the US. Rebecca has been incredible throughout the whole purchase. Late night zoom calls and emails ( even when she was on a family holiday in California ) and she has literally held our hands from start to finish. She even travelled to our property and sent us a 10 minute video of the place so we were able to view it properly and at our leisure. Due to Rebecca's hard work the entire process was easy, straightforward and painless.
