Rebecca and her team went above an beyond to sell our house. They passed out door hangers around our neighborhood to let everyone know to tell their friends and anyone looking to purchase a house, that our house was holding an open house and generate great traffic. We had several neighbors that brought friends that were interested in purchasing in that area to look at our house. They also advertise on several platforms. We had 6 offers after the open house and all well above asking. We used Rebecca for several transactions years prior as well! She is amazing!! Rebecca and her team go above and beyond to get that traffic and interest in your property. I highly recommend her!

Please let me tell you that Rebecca Monge is such a blessing for the sale of our home. There were many things that our home needed fixed and we would need to take care prior to selling, the home was built in the late 50's, but Rebecca assured us that it wasn't going to be necessary and would find the right buyer and she did. Rebecca went above and beyond helping and taking care of things from beginning to end of the process. She was great!
