My husband and I spoke to a few realtors prior to finding Rebecca and Brad of the Heritage Team online. We communicated back and fort, and filled out their survey of the specifics that we wanted in a home and community prior to meeting. When we met to look at homes, I was impressed with Rebecca and Brad's lovely demeanor, and their professionalism. They are all smiles, and are people that could be your friends. They selected a community they thought was best suited for us and instantly fell in love with the development, and ultimately decided to build our home there. Rebecca and Brad got it right on the FIRST SHOWING! They showed us other communities for comparison, but they got right the FIRST TIME! Although our building process went relatively well, Rebecca followed every email communication between us and the builder, and would provide input so the builder knew she was watching every step. Her knowledge of not only real estate, but the building process is invaluable. She made sure there was no stress about building out of state. Rebecca and Brad have the answers before you've even thought of the questions. Overall, the process was a pleasure. My husband and I can't recommend them enough!
