Rebecca was a god sent. My mother had passed and I was left the house I grew up in. This was my family’s home for almost 80 years. My grandparents brought the the house shortly after my grandfather returned from WW2. At first I thought I would renovate the home and rent it out. After a long ordeal with probate court settling the estate and 5 months of trying to get the tenants out of the upstairs apartment I quickly realized being a landlord wasn’t for me. Rebecca helped me navigate issues with the bank, got the house listed and started showing the house. In the first 2 week we must of have had 20 showings and got multiple offers. After except an offer there was some delays do to an unknown open permit my mother had on the home. Rebecca immediately advised me on how to deal with the city to get the proper inspection and permit closed so we could have the CO to close the sale. There is so much more I could say as fare as the help and advice she provided, not to mention her ability to negotiate allowing me to maintain as much equity as possible. There were a lot of delays before closing—not her fault—and she stuck with me throughout the aggravations, doing whatever she could to speed up the process.
