Becca is by far the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. She looked tirelessly to find just the right home for us that met all of our criteria within budget. We were truly looking for a unicorn and she found it. When we wanted to know if we had room alongside the house to enlarge the driveway, she had a plan from the city engineer drawn up within a couple hours. When we wanted a structural engineer to confirm if a pole in the basement could be moved, she had an engineer on site in less than 24 hours. She is incredibly responsive, intelligent and caring. I am NOT one to usually leave reviews, so if there’s a honest one you can read, it’s this one: Rebecca TRULY changed our lives. — I don’t mean that lightly. We were first time home buyers, completely going in blind to the process, and basically attending showings on our own for several months. Until, we met Rebecca. The minute we met her, she had us scheduled for three showings for our dream homes. We fell IN LOVE with the big yellow one. She explained every single detail, even silly questions my anxious self thought of, any day and any time. Literally.
