When I decided to buy a home, I knew it would be important to find the perfect agent. To this end, I interviewed five real estate agents before deciding on Rebecca. All of the agents I interviewed were great, but Rebecca stood head and shoulders above all of them. I was immediately impressed with her professionalism, charisma, and knowledge, and these only grew throughout the process. As a first time homebuyer, I was completely clueless about all things real estate. I riddled Rebecca with question after question - all of which she answered throughly and with enthusiasm - making it clear that no question was too paltry. Once we had discussed prices and home parameters, Rebecca did her utmost to schedule showings compatible with my schedule, always in a timely manner. I loved having her opinion during open houses. She has an incredible depth of knowledge and presents it in an accessible and friendly manner. But what impressed me most was her willingness to point out flaws and potential incompatibilities with properties. Usually things that I would never have picked up on by myself. Being inexperienced, I worried about landing a self-serving real estate that would paint only the rosy side, hoping to land quick and easy commission. That's not Rebecca. She truly cares about her clients and makes it known, through her actions, that she'll wait until their perfect property surfaces and then will strategize about how best to close the deal. After 7 months of searching, I finally found a place I wanted to purchase. Rebecca did an excellent job crafting an offer, and scored me the place for substantially less than I was willing to pay. She then helped negotiate a monetary credit to help with a few house upgrade. The online signature interface that she uses is super easy, helping to streamline the entire closing process. I have nothing but the best things to say about my experiences with Rebecca. She's fun, caring, and brilliant. You can't go wrong with this one!
