I love helping people buy the home of their dreams and sell the house they no longer want. Watching people's faces light up when we find that special home that fits all their needs and wants within their budget. Going over offers on the house they are selling is exciting when they get more than they would have thought and they walk away happy with money in their pocket. I enjoy showing homes and talking to people to find out exactly what they want in a home before I pick homes to show them. I try not to get offers from them until we look at three homes that fit their profile. This way they have choices, I want them to refer me because they are happy with their home! I hope I am never that realtor that my clients feel like I have "talked" them into buying a home just because. I have shown the same client 15+ homes before picking just the right one. My all-time best was receiving an invitation to a client's wedding months after selling his house and buying their home together.
