The first amazing coincidence was the Rebecca was familiar with that particular rural area and knew some other residents living in the same mountain region. I found her on the internet, as I live in Southern California. The next and the ongoing work was to review the pre-existing SLO County code violations from a previous owner. Then she diligently and bravely showed the property to a variety of potential buyers during the COVID 2020 year. Rebecca was able to help me represent the property in the best light as is given the unresolved SLO county issues as we went through four buyers who started escrow but dropped out due to the county issues. She and worked remotely and thru the mail to get documents, building and consultant plans and other items into the hands of the potential buyers. We stayed in great contact during this process. She was diligent and persistent, as we both maintained optimism. Finally about one year to the day from starting the listing, the property closed on the 5th escrow to a contented buyer.
