I have been a resident of the beaches area for the past 31 years. Prior to my real estate career I worked in education as a teacher and then Head of School. We raised our daughter here and now she enjoying the life of working full time in IT. Working as a Keller Williams agent has been such good fit because I feel like I am still working hard to help people like I did in education. My listings have gone under contract in a average of 4 days. A lot of my marketing actually starts before we list your home. I have numerous realtor contacts even outside of Keller Williams who I personally call to let them know your house is going on the market soon. As a buyers agent I help families with relocating to the area, new construction, upgrading to a larger home and downsizing. I love showing families around the various communities so they get the opportunity to find a neighborhood that makes them feel at home in this large city. I love what I do and I have been told that it shows!
