Before deciding on a realtor my husband and I talked about 3 options for a realtor to sell our home. The other two did not see the same value in our home as we did. Before even presenting us with a contract Rebecca did her homework, she researched home values on the market between Windover to Scottsmoore and compared homes similar to ours and came up with three prices ranging from low to highest based on what she found the house to be worth. We selected the middle ground. Within a few days we had a professional photographer complete with a drone flyover take pictures of the house. The house was then listed as coming soon and we began to get potential buyer within 24 hours. Needless to say we sold the house in two days. Rebecca gave us advice on making the house as presentable and appealing to potential buyers and was readily available to answer any concerns or questions. From start to closing she was courteous and professional. We would and have actually already recommended her to several people.
