She quickly referred us to a Loan Officer for pre-qualification, sent us a multitude of properties withing the St. Petersburg, Largo, and Kenneth City areas, provided us with detailed information about how the process works, and gave us choices that were just what we were seeking and keep the properties within our budget. She gave us a timeline for each step from contract to closing date. She negotiated for a better deal with the buyer and ensured that he complied with the amended contract.
