As a first time home buyer, I didn't really know what to expect with the process. Luckily, Becki was recommended to me and I'm so very glad she was the one to help me on this adventure! She not only got me hooked up with a great resource to see what was on the market but she was also ALWAYS able to set up same day appointments. After a week of looking at properties together, she was able to get a really good feel for what I was looking for in a home and apply filters to our search to narrow down results. I saved a ton of cash using the CHFA program which I wouldn't have known about without Becki. Finally, I would like to say that buying or selling a house can be fun and exciting! It can also be stressful; but having a good realtor in your corner makes it so much better. I was rather particular in my search and Becki was patient and helpful. Her knowledge of local neighborhoods is extensive, she's got the lowdown on neat cafes, breweries, restaurants, parks and unique stores. And not just in one area, my search extended from south of downtown Denver to Littleton/Aurora to up north like Thornton. I would highly recommend Becki.
