Becca, went way beyond my expectations, and provided the best sales experience I've ever had
I hired Becca, because she had great area and industry knowledge, and was confident she could get over $500,000 more for my house than the consensus of other experienced Lake Minnetonka agents. She worked very creatively and put in a lot of time and effort, and did get the $500,000 more for my house. She is very creative, and helped with staging, and developed and executed a very impressive marketing plan for my house. She and her husband even trimmed bushes and washed windows.
