Thank you Rebeca for all of your help! My wife and I were so grateful for all of the hard work you've done to help sell our home. We are endlessly grateful to have you as our agent and couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out. Best experience we ever had selling our home. I would highly recommend to our friends and family.
I have bought and sold a number of properties in my life. I have never had such an incredible and positive experience with a realtor than like the one I had with Rebeca Borges. From the moment we first met via a zoom call, along with 3 other sisters, I knew she had a lot of experience, was a good listener, cared about our needs, welcomed our ideas and offered her own. Knowing that some of us were traveling and busy at work, Rebeca took the initiative to help us out in getting estimates for us, organizing some of the services we needed to make the townhouse more presentable. When it came to pricing the property, she was right on. She presented us with the comparables in the area and her suggestion for pricing was right on the money. Everything she had suspected could happen with offers happened. A day after the listing was published, Rebeca had an Open House which brought 3 offers that day. 2 of them were Cash offers. Rebeca has a beautiful energy and has a graceful way of handling things. This is probably the reason why she attracts good opportunities. Our sale was such a success. If you have the need for a realtor, I highly recommend Rebeca, our new friend of the family. Thank you so much Rebeca!
