Reanna Southard

Reanna made this whole process be so much easier and smooth than I had imagined. She was very communicative and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Great person to deal with very helpful. Communicated everything and very transparent

I seriously cannot recommend Reanna enough! As a first-time homebuyer, I had SO many questions and was nervous to start the process, but Reanna made everything feel so comfortable from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always took the time to explain every step, making sure I felt confident in every decision. She went out of her way to come to me, and when there was a house I showed interest in, she made sure to get me in to see it! Reanna truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home and always had my best interest at heart. She is honest, responsive, and so supportive! I could not recommend her more. She showed me that the home-buying process isn’t so scary after all :)

Reanna is the absolute BEST! To say she goes above and beyond is a complete understatement. She makes the whole process smoother. She has so much knowledge and insight, from house showings, inspections, and closing…. She makes you feel completely at ease. We can’t thank her enough for all the work she put in to help us find our forever home!

I have worked with Reanna on many property sales. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly. She thinks outside the box and is ready with solutions when roadblocks pop up.

Reanna Southard is an amazing realtor. She is realistic, very sweet, and great at explaining the whole process of purchasing a home. I would 100% recommend her to someone looking to buy. She made the process go much smoother and was very helpful when describing different details of homes/home owning.
