ReAnn was very knowledgeable of the location of our neighborhood, at our first meeting she already had formalated and then presented a plan to sell our home at the best price possible. She had a open house and we received over 10 contracts. She was amazing. The house sold for over the asking price. ReAnn was always available to answer any questions and walked us through each step from the listing through the closing. I have worked with many realitors over the years and this was by far was the most easy and efficient prosses I have experienced. ReAnn is very easy to communicate with she's honest dependable and and made what could be a very stressful experience very pleasant, she never once left us waiting for any answers.
