Razmik’s knowledge of the real estate market in my area of interest is excellent. Since home purchase transactions are done through escrow companies and not an attorney in this area, I had plenty of questions for Razmik before signing the DocuSign. He was always available, which was not the case with the Escrow company. His communication skills, whether through text messaging, email, or verbal are excellent. He made sure my concerns were addressed professionally and efficiently.
