Amazing realtor who is an EXPERT in the Glendale area. He was able to sell our major fixer upper and get us way above what it should have been worth. He went to the same high school in Glendale as my wife, so he knows the area and he even handled A LOT of our city issues with ease. He knows the pick up dates for bulky items and has GOOD relations with the people from the city. We had been struggling with the fines from the city and was stressed from them before the closing date of our house sell (FYI if you don't resolve the city fines and issues, you can continuously get fined from the city of Glendale). Raz followed through and was good on his word so our impossible front yard case from the city was closed with major help from Raz. He is also easily assessable by phone or text-he is really really good at responding back. Raz picks up the phone fast and was able to come by the next day to provide us estimates. We had other agents provide us estimates on the house but Raz had a significantly higher estimated price. FYI- Redfin and Zillow agents tend to lowball you significantly- we learned that after getting our house sold significantly higher than what Redfin said was the max we could get. He gave us different scenarios on how we could price and sell the home. We also liked his transparency. He also had some experience in construction so he knows what could be possible in remodeling a home. When you talk to him,especially as a new homebuyers or seller, he knows how to work it in your favor. He also takes really good photos of the homes. My wife and I were extremely shocked the pictures on Zillow were ours because he made the empty house look furnished and really amazing! Go with Raz and you'll have no regrets. Hands down the best realtor you'll find.
