He was very helpful and patient with us as we wanted to see lots of houses. Highly recommend to anyone.

Raymond was very helpful and very patient every step of the way. While buying the house he was great with negotiating little perks and also was great on recommending what houses would be a good value, Since this was our first house we had a lot of questions and he would take the time to explain everything even if it meant repeating himself 3 or 4 times! He is a very great realtor and dedicated to his job. We would use him again.

Due to our busy work schedules we went through 2 other agents prior to Raymond. He worked with our schedules and always went the extra mile for us. Thank you Raymond for giving us our dream home

Raymond was a good agent with communication and negotiation highly recommend him

Good for first time home buyers and great communication for all questions you might have
