Amazing experience with Ray!

Working with Ray has been such a blessing. Us being from Southern California, we pretty much did not not know anyone in Florida. And we are so glad we picked the right agent! This is our second transaction with Ray and his team. He helped us find this place while he was on his way to look for another much smaller home for us. We had always told him that we wanted to eventually move from CA to FL and that our priority was having a lakefront home. And boy did he find a gem! Even though the whole transaction for us was remote, we felt like we were there, everytime he went to the property to take very thorough videos of the place. He is very careful to look at all the details when it comes to scouting a property and through the entire process he is there to answer all questions. He also helped us find an amazing lending team with Ben Haughee and Waterstone Mortgage and that was also an amazing experience. Cant thank you enough Ray!
