My experience in looking for a forever home was very scary. But, right from the start Ray as we called him made us feel comfortable. We told him what we wanted and he delivered. He was very helpful and made use feel like we were family. He was very patient with us in looking for our home. Ray was with us from the beginning to the end(closing) was there. We are very pleased our home. He definitely highly recommended from us.

When my partner and I started working with Ray, we were first-time homebuyers and essentially clueless about the entire process for buying a house. We actually started by looking at houses on our own after talking to our lender about our options. When we found one we wanted to look at on Trulia, we got randomly connected with Ray (like I said, we were clueless about almost everything), and this was extremely lucky for us because Ray was an AMAZING agent. Of course, he helped us with scheduling showings and our inspection along with explaining the current market, but he also walked us through the steps for purchasing a house as new homebuyers unfamiliar with the market or the process until we felt like we really understood. Most importantly, though, Ray always helped us solve ANY problem that arose: when we had difficulty finding a time to see a house with current tenants, he found a way and got us in for that showing quickly. When there were delays or issues that arose on the seller's end and we had no idea what was happening or why, Ray was the one who figured out the problem every time and solved it for us quickly. Overall, we really felt like we had amazing support throughout this process because of Ray. And that is why we recommend Ray to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Both when looking for homes and selling homes, Ray was top notch. When looking he was able to point out the pluses and minus which each property. When thinking of selling, Ray was most knowledgeable on what needed to be done. I had to decide whether to invest money on a former rental property or sell as is. The market was changing as interest rates were up but it still was a strong market. When I finally was ready to list, he had an open house - had a good turn out and the house sold in a few days. All throughout the process, Ray kept me updated on what was happening! Ray gets an A plus!
