I have no doubt Ray's reputation and relationship with the builder played a major role in helping us secure our home. Beyond Ray's knowledge of the area and relationships with the builders, he is just a good person that is going to go out of his way to help in any way he can. It is quite evident he cares for his clients. Ray is super quick to answer any email, question, text, or whatever usually no matter what time of day. He had no problem at all with our 4 children accompanying us on our visits to view homes and at the same time he interacted with them and made a long day feel not so long. Even after we closed Ray still took the time to call us and check in and to ensure that the builder was meeting all our needs. Can't say good enough things about Ray and his team. When he says he has your back when moving to sunny south Florida, he means it.

Ray was excellent at helping us buy new construction at Westlake. He knew the people at the Sales center, the house models, and the process inside and out. He was very helpful at all times and his videos online were very informative. I definitely recommend him as a realtor in Palm Beach county.
