I sat down with Ray Wright to talk about possibly listing my home july 2014, I didn't know the value or how the process worked as it was my first time selling a home. I was unsure of how lengthy and difficult the process could be but his knowledge immediately put me at ease. We listed the home right away and he did an open house a few days later, to be honest I didn't have to do a thing. He took care of every detail, we ended up accepting an offer within the first couple weeks for what we were asking and I had the home sold and got my cash (which was well more than what I had expected thanks to him) within a month and a half of listing.
