We have listed a home with Ray in 12 Oaks and also used him to buy a home in Laurel Glen (Clayton). During our initial interview with Ray before listing our home, he was the only realtor who wanted to get to know us and find out what our goals were. Others wanted to spout their 4 or 5-point selling process and promise they would have the house sold in 30 days yet they balked at signing a 60-day contract. Ray was innovative in marketing and just easy to get along with, explaining in detail when needed. House sold quickly and at a higher price than I could believe. We just used Ray to be our buyers agent. He listened to our needs (especially my wife's), and kept me from making a mistake. This was our 10th house we have bought but first without my wife present. She would call Ray to get updates and ask his opinion. His word was all it took for her to okay our offer. When I sell again, I will reach out to Ray as our first and only choice.
