Ray Sjogren did his homework and guided us thru the entire process. He made sure we understood each step and provided the guidance to make this purchase streamline and very easy. We had minimal contact with other members of RE/MAX. We contacted Ray Sjogren as soon as we wanted to place a contract and he took us through the entire process. It was timely and efficient. There is no better realtor than Ray! If we called, he answered. If we needed to see a house in 20 minutes, he made it happen. If we had any question, he always had an answer or found one. Many times late at night or on weekends Ray was always available. His family is very religious and even on Sunday’s if we needed him he was dropping anything for us. We started late in the process and needed a house quick because our lease was up. Ray was so persistent and made sure the process and negotiation was as quick and efficient as possible. The market is crazy right now and houses are going within the same day, Ray made sure that we got our dream house and did not lose it to the crazy market at hand. He went above and beyond and was working in the background to get us the house we wanted more than I could ever imagine! If you are new to Lexington, have never used a realtor, need something quick, or want to make sure you get you dream home Ray is your guy! He is so kind, hard working and will not fail you!!!
