Ray was excellent to work with during the purchase of our first home! Our family was paired up with Ray through a referral service offered by our credit union. Ray was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional during negotiations, property disclosures and reviews, paperwork, timeline, working with the seller’s agent, etc. His use of technology also made our search process quicker and easier. Having never bought or sold a home, our family didn’t know much about the process. Ray made himself available for multiple in-person walkthroughs and meetings, we exchanged calls, texts, emails, etc. frequently throughout our process working together. Great communication! Overall, our experience with Ray was fantastic. We would definitely use Ray again for the purchase or sale of a home!
