We were first time home buyers and Ray went above and beyond in helping us find our home. He explained every step to us, and since we were moving from out of state he would visit homes for us, answer a lot of questions, and was always available. Our search included North and South Carolina (Charlotte area). He is very knowledgeable of school districts, parks, neighborhoods, shopping, commuting times, and knew when a house would or wouldn't meet our needs. Tremendous resource post-sale for maintenance, painting referrals, etc. We couldn't have done this without him!
