I am extremely satisfied with my selling experience with Ray. He was able to reccommend several things that I could do (and a couple things that I should do) to the home prior to listing that would maximize the closing price and shorten the selling time, which is exactly what happened. Ray even completed a few things for me himself, like paint a drury dark wall in the basement mechanical room to brighten it up and make it "pop". Being an out of town seller and having listed a vacant home with Ray, I really appreciated the fact that he would drop by the house periodically to insure that everything was ok and still in "show" condition, especially after showings by other agents. (I even suspect that he vacuumed a time or two for me) Ray is dedinately a seasoned agent and was able to answer all of my questions with regards to a few aspects of the sale process that I didn't fully understand, or was not familiar with. I would highly recommend Ray as an agent for your listing and I will definitely be calling him again, should I have any real estate needs in the future. (I am sure he is as good as a buyers agent as he was as a sellers agent) It was nice to deal with someone that took ownership in getting my home sold and didn't just sit back and wait for a commission check! Ray was great to work with. I liked how honest he was on telling me what type of houses I should stay away from. This was my first time buying a house and I was very please with all his help. If you are looking for house I would recommend you go through Ray!
