Ray was very nice to work with great personality and very knowledgeable about the real state industry. And did everything he said he would do, I would recommend him to anyone looking too buy or sell.

In my over 38 years in the Army, I always wanted my Soldiers to accomplish the mission, take care of Soldiers and build the organization. Ray would have fit in extremely well. He told my wife and me what he could do for us and did it in spades. The sale was actually accomplished in one day but Ray was there all the time supporting both us and the new owner. He has sold both our house and my Daughter's house. I do not anticipate selling any more homes but if I did, Ray would be our guy. Make him yours too.

Ray was absolutely fabulous! We had been searching for over a year for a summer home in Florida and it proved quite a challenge, considering the current market. He remained diligent and patient throughout the process, going out of his way to help us every time. We truly felt he watched out for us, offering both the positives and negatives regarding properties and always considered what we were looking for in the process. We never felt he was just trying to sell us a property. Great work ethics. All in all, a great guy! Can't thank him enough!!

I can't say enough good things about Ray! I bought and sold a house with him and was incredibly impressed with both transactions. On the sale of my residence, he not only got me a full price offer, but dealt with the craziness and delays the buyer tried to throw in. He gave such great advice along the way, I'm convinced that is why we were able to get a very tricky deal completed. Then on the buying side, he was instrumental in helping me secure the house I wanted, even with multiple bids in play. Negotiated some great perks (like access to the house to redo floors prior to closing) and kept seller/agent calm when things fell apart with the crazy buyer of my property. Delays happened, but he kept everything moving and I'm thrilled that we closed on both properties 8/18. If you are looking for an agent who really wants to help you get what YOU want, then Ray Kinney is the best option.
