From the get go Ray become more like a friend than anything else. Always on top of any issue we had with the house or just to say hello and talk about other things. He will do whatever he says he will do. He has plenty knowledge and years of experience. We leased our house from him 4 years ago and we have just purchased the same house a week ago.
