Excellent Service

Our experience from beginning our search to closing on our new home was very pleasant. We had not done this for over 25 years let alone working from another state and were worried about how the entire process would work out. Ray kept us informed of the homes that fit our parameters and once we had a list, flew out to Colorado to spend the day looking at those homes with him. He carefully went through each home with us and pointed out the features of each as well as any potential problems. We never once felt pressured to make a decision. We selected a home that day, he wrote up the offer and before we knew it we were in escrow. He provided guidance throughout the entire process and kept us informed about everything. We could not have been happier with our decision to work with Ray!
