I really do not know how it could have gone more smoothly!

Ray worked with me on a new construction home from start to finish. I feel very fortunate, overall, that it was a very smooth process. We only encountered one hiccup where the builder added something that was not in the original contract. When I raised the issue, I didn’t have to do anything but be the decision maker. This was very busy time for me, and I needed all the help I could get. Ray stayed in frequent touch even when I was not always able to quickly reply. I appreciated the good communication, and even more so working on my non-traditional hours. This was my first home purchase so I don’t really have a baseline to compare to, however I really do not know how it could have gone more smoothly. Overall, I am happy and have no complaints.
