My wife and I were planning on moving out of state, and on what we assumed would be just a fact-finding visit, we found a property that we absolutely fell in love with. We needed to act quickly to put in an offer. The only problem--we hadn't even put our home back in Englewood on the market. Having worked with Ray and his wife Susan to buy my then current home back in 2012, I knew exactly who to call. Our experience from beginning our search to closing on our new home was very pleasant. We had not done this for over 25 years let alone working from another state and were worried about how the entire process would work out. Ray kept us informed of the homes that fit our parameters and once we had a list, flew out to Colorado to spend the day looking at those homes with him. He carefully went through each home with us and pointed out the features of each as well as any potential problems. We never once felt pressured to make a decision. I am a technically illiterate first time home buyer and Ray made everything possible. I dont really have a strong grasp of what all went on because im bad at paperwork stuff but it all worked out because Ray was ontop of everything all the time. And he had infinite patience for my constant questions. There was some kind of problems with the deal on the other side that made geting the property i wanted take 7 months and Ray stuck with it and kept me ontop of what i needed to do the whole time. He even walked me through each step i struggled with so that was cool. In conclusion: Ray good. I have a house!

Ray is really great at his job. As a first time homebuyer, this process can be overwhelming but Ray was a great source of information and knew exactly what steps to take to make a competitive offer and close the deal efficiently. I never felt pressured by Ray to make any decisions that might put me at risk. Every time I needed something he and his team were there within MINUTES with an updated contract addendum or informational response (even when he was on VACATION).
