He was really put to the test when we sold our house of 32 years. My husband got really ill, and was in and out of the hospital. Ray and the title company arranged it so he would not have to go to an office for his signature. Ray handled a lot of details so I could focus on my husband’s health. He arranged for the repairs to get the house ready, and we were able to get a fair price for our home.
