Ray Cruz-Solano

We learned about Ray through word of mouth from a mutual friend of ours that knew we were planning on moving. We had originally planned on going with a mega broker... We wanted to give Ray a shot because I have always believed in supporting your smaller outfits whenever possible. Our time frame was about a year out so we initially thought that we were engaging a little too early. Turns out this was not the case at all. We needed to do some work on our home to get it sale ready. There was a laundry list of 'must have' items, as well as a list of 'nice to have' improvements we were considering doing to the house. Ray helped us find contractors for the work we couldn't do, they were all exceptional. We contacted Ray and setup the initial meeting at our home in Denver. I was very impressed with the upfront leg work that Ray had completed before we had even met. He had a binder full of information on our home, had already done plenty of research on our neighborhood, understood the comps, and had already completed a market analysis of our property. When he told us what he thought our house was worth, my wife and I thought he was nuts... 'No way is our house worth that!' we thought. Well it turns out we received an offer on our home that was even higher! Granted, it took us about 7 months to get our house ready to list, and this was due to timing on our end, we could have gone much faster if we wanted, but we knew we wanted to list at the beginning of the spring home shopping season, so we took the whole winter to get our house ready - when we listed it with Ray, our house was sold within a couple weeks. We went from offer to closing in less than a month! Multiple offers inbound. Ray was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend him to all of my Denver friends. It honestly felt like I was working with a friend as well as a professional.
